Find out how to meet the 2025 requirements and build a stronger digital foundation

The European Accessibility Act (EAA) is more than a legal requirement. It’s a chance to build a stronger, more inclusive brand. In this webinar, you’ll learn how accessibility can strengthen your revenue, elevate trust and reputation, lower operating costs, and enhance organizational resilience.

The EAA becomes law on 28 June 2025. It expands existing EU rules to include private-sector businesses, requiring them to make products and services more accessible. With a strong focus on digital channels, websites, apps, and other online experiences, your organisation may need to go beyond current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Digital accessibility is a key component of quality assurance and compliance. By prioritizing inclusion to make your services accessible for all, you open your doors to a larger market and more customers.

What you’ll learn

Join Izabela Misiorny, Head of Solutions Marketing & Evangelism at Siteimprove, and guest speaker, Forrester Principal Analyst Gina Bhawalkar, who leads Forrester’s global coverage of digital accessibility, to discuss what the EAA is, the impact it will have on your business, and the benefits on offer:

  • Boost revenue: when your experiences are not accessible, you turn away a global population of 1.3 billion that spends $1.9 trillion annually1.
  • Increase trust and reputation: 3.3 billion people prefer brands that prioritize accessibility2.
  • Reduce costs: in 2024 alone, there were over 4,000 digital accessibility lawsuits3.
  • Greater resilience: to include people aged 60+ who are often overlooked, but now account for 26% of the global population4.

Ask the experts - If you have questions about how the EAA will affect your organization, you can send them to us ahead of time or ask during the webinar. Our experts are here to help you understand and prepare for the road ahead.
